By accessing PrimoSignal (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

1. The "Free Service" Nature

PrimoSignal is a free, community-supported platform. We do not charge subscription fees. As such:

• We do not guarantee the uptime or availability of the Service.
• We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice (though we'd try not to).
• We are not liable for any losses incurred due to service interruptions or data delays.

2. No Financial Advice

The signals generated by our algorithms are based on technical analysis and historical data. They are not instructions to trade. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions and risk management. We do not take responsibility for any financial losses.

3. User Conduct

Our community is built on respect. We reserve the right to terminate your account if you:

• Spam our communication channels (Discord/Twitter).
• Attempt to reverse-engineer our algorithm or API.
• Harass other members or staff.
• Resell our free data for profit.

4. Intellectual Property

The dashboard design, logo, code, and proprietary algorithms are owned by PrimoSignal. You are granted a limited license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial use.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall PrimoSignal, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
